SET IN THE HEART OF LONDON'S COVENT GARDEN, ONE ALDWYCH IS AN AWARD WINNING CONTEMPORARY LUXURY HOTEL.

 

A seminal project, it was one of the original ‘Boutique Hotels’. The classic Edwardian building constructed in 1907 blends beautifully with the contemporary furniture and

finishes of its new interior design.

 

‘Lounge at One’ offers supreme comfort and unpretentious service. Newly designed as a respite from the hurry of London, the lounge has the feel of a luxury apartment. Elegant, contemporary and extremely comfortable, the brief was to give the hotel a space that sits well within the building and takes quality and style to another level.

 

Divided into three distinct areas, the lounge opens into a bar area with sofas and armchairs to encourage conversation and catch up. The second raised area is more media orientated with iPads and a selection of coffee table books chosen by designer Paul Smith. The final area is the quiet zone for relaxation and contemplation. It is more private and reflective, featuring warm colours of antique bronze, deep reds and taupes complemented by elegant soft lighting.
